Adam’s early experience focused on the multi-family and educational markets within New York City, but has since concentrated largely on the life science market. As the Preconstruction Director for BNBuilders in San Diego, Adam understands the importance of smoothly bringing a project from concept to construction, providing the client a full preconstruction effort including complete and accurate budgeting, thorough review of documents for constructability, and managing the design and decisions to align with the client’s end goal.
