Paul has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years after serving in the U.S. Army and earning a BS in International business. He also holds certificates in construction management and executive leadership from UCLA and Cornell, with experience on a variety of project type and delivery methods, specializing in design-build healthcare and higher education.
