Supportive housing and arts space in the Uptown neighborhood of Seattle.

A seven-story, 91-unit affordable housing apartment building with six floors of wood framing over a single, post-tensioned concrete podium. This project included support spaces, a roof deck, and commercial tenant space for a non-profit arts facility.
