A build-out of a multi-clinic healthcare space for UCLA.

This project was a tenant improvement consisting of clinical suites for EIMG, Pediatrics, and laboratory services on the third floor of UCLA’s medical office building. The scope included interior demo of core utilities, installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cabling, casework, and finishes. Work took place in a fully occupied building, necessitating close coordination with hospital staff.
