A build-out of a mission critical space for life extension therapy research.

Altos labs was an 11,000sf MEP design-build build-out of a new vivarium and adjacent core lab within an occupied multi-tenant building. The project scope included three new AHUs, four new exhaust fans, a new boiler skid, a new CDA compressor on the roof, a new shaft from L1 through occupied tenant space on L2 to roof, and 50% emergency power change order one week before drywall closeup.
