The Arbor Blocks project included the build-out of two six-story office buildings in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood with three commercial kitchens, three large event spaces, data rooms, office space, micro kitchens, and six exterior patios. A fast-paced timeline with staggered turnover dates resulted in extensive coordination efforts between BNBuilders, the City of Seattle, the landlord, and the shell and core construction team.
