A design-build, multipurpose support campus for Bethel School District operations.

This project was a design-build construction of multiple pre-engineered metal buildings which house a transportation center, central kitchen, and multi-function space.  The transportation center consists of 10 bays of shop space and complete office and administrative support spaces for staff, parts, and tool storage. The central kitchen serves all schools in Bethel School District and includes food storage, preparation areas, and support office space. The project is located on a 20-acre site and includes surface parking for 294 buses and 316 cars, as well as a 1,000sf building to store tires and large maintenance parts.
