Duncan Dunn & Community Residence Halls
A beautiful balance of history and modern comforts for students at Washington State University.
This project entailed the renovation and modernization of two historic buildings, Duncan Dunn Hall and Community Residence Hall. The renovations entailed upgrades to the building exteriors, MEP systems, technology, and interior finishes. A new connector building was constructed to link the two buildings and features new elevators, stairs, and a central courtyard. The residence hall features 250 beds, a student lounge space, community kitchens and a laundry facility on each floor.
