A childhood development center named for a Seattle civil rights luminary.

This GC/CM ground-up construction of a new multi-building early learning center included classrooms, a kitchen, cafeteria, gym, library, and support spaces. Construction took place on an occupied school campus adjacent to a residential neighborhood.
