Updated headquarters for a Bay Area biodesign company.

This project consists of demolition of existing office and lab space in 70,000sf building and rebuild to provide a new corporate headquarters for Geltor. The new facility includes 16,000sf of new lab space including cold rooms, R&D space, fermentation, and analytical lab rooms. It also includes 21,000sf of new office space.
