A sophisticated Bellevue office space for a growing tech company.

This tenant improvement consisted of two floors with an amenities area for meetings, large café area, customer focus rooms, workstations, and conference rooms. It also included new interior finishes, upgraded MEP systems, and all new lighting controls integrated into the building systems. This project had significant structural steel upgrades to accomplish the new layouts.
