Modern upgrades to occupied university facilities.

The CSULB project was the renovation and repairs of an existing 11,000sf dining hall facility and dormitory building. It included upgrades to the fire alarm and sprinkler system, new equipment, new student study rooms, renovation of 108 dorm rooms, six community restrooms, staff apartments, lounge areas, front desk and lobby entrance, as well as ADA and MEP upgrades.
