Ground-up construction of a four story and mechanical penthouse multi-discipline STEM building housing biology, chemistry, biochemistry & ecology teaching labs, lab support spaces and active learning spaces. The project included a connector bridge to the adjacent Biology Building and is located on a tight site in the heart of WWU's busy campus. During preconstruction services, BNB worked with the design team and WWU to navigate and overcome challenging soil conditions and existing utilities onsite to optimize the building foundation and utility design so that the project schedule and budget were met at GMP.
