A modern education facility in the heart of a residential neighborhood.

This school was delivered as part of a bundled GC/CM contract with Mountlake Terrace Elementary. It was a ground-up construction of a replacement elementary school in a residential neighborhood, including classrooms, common spaces, sports fields, and a new parking and bus circulation area.
