Providing affordable housing and food support for University District residents.

Marion West is a build-out of a four-story affordable housing mixed-use complex with 49 apartments. The building is wood-framed construction on top of a concrete elevated floor deck. The University Food Bank has a food bank center at the street level with a large roof deck to grow vegetables that are served at the food bank. The apartments are available for unhoused teens and adults via Youthcare and LIHI.
