World class space for out of this world game design.

This TI of a 34,000sf existing office space for a virtual reality game development company included expanding capabilities by installing a new server room while maintaining existing server functionality so team would not loose productivity. It also encompassed the installation of a completely new AV & data suite for the site as well as new pre-action system and split unit cooling for new server room. The build out of open office space included additional data, electrical, and HVAC for future expansion of additional team members.
