A state-of-the-art surgery center to support the Skagit Hospital Campus.

A new 3-story 60,000sf development located adjacent to the Skagit Hospital Campus. The scope included a ground floor surgery center with four ORs, 24 pre/post bays, and three endo rooms with GI, ENT and ortho exam rooms on the second and third floors. It also involved the demolition of existing buildings, site preparation, shell/core construction, interior tenant improvements, right of way improvements, and adjacent lot development for surface parking.
