An OR and PACU expansion in an occupied hospital.

A 7500sf multiple phase build-out of new hybrid OR in an existing shelled space adjacent to existing ORs and Central Sterile Services Department. It also included the expansion of 8 new PACU stations in shelled space adjacent to existing PACU and ORs, and above family birthing suites. The project was completed in multiple phases and under an accelerated schedule to lessen impact on neighboring spaces and meet hospital EPIC covenant dates.
