A next generation cGMP production facility for sgRNA therapeutics.

This project was an MEPF design-build lab and office renovation for Synthego's gene editing cGMP manufacturing plant. The project scope included extensive process piping installation for R&D labs, a freezer room, warehouse, and office space. Lab spaces included ISO 7 labs, a synthesis lab, purification lab, chrome prep lab, lyophilize lab, QC labs, R&D labs, chemical labs, and chemical waste bunkers. This renovation required substantial structural upgrades for the mechanical roof platform. The work also included a walk-in -20 degree freezer, back-up generator, UPS, LN2 tank, and vaporizer.
