This project included core and shell construction and a full tenant improvement build-out of a 180,000sf research building. Construction included major structural modifications and reinforcements, as well as new ground-up atrium, with research space laboratories, a 10,000sf cGMP manufacturing space, and a 2,000sf pilot plant. Clean rooms, a central plant, fitness space, offices, and support spaces were among the other employee amenities included.
