Supportive housing for Seattle's Veteran community.

Construction of a four-story apartment building using the City of Seattle/HUD funding. It includes 21 one-bedroom apartments with a ground level contains common space and 1,500sf of commercial space. The common area is designated to provide essential services for unhoused community members, offering amenities such as meals, showers, and a provision for fresh clothing.
