Sustainable, supportive housing for Seattleites.

This project consisted of preconstruction and construction services for a five floor, 84-unit building. The exterior envelope consisted of a rain screen system of brick on the lower floor and two types of metal panel siding on the upper floors. Solar panels were installed on the roof to help supplement the building's hot water supply. This project received a LEED Platinum certification.
